Draft Full Paper:

The authors should follow the instructions given below to prepare and submit their draft full paper for review:

1. To prepare the draft full paper(s), please use the paper template (MS Word version) that can be downloaded from “Downloads” page on your left-hand side menu of the screen.

The minimum page number of each paper is 4 and the maximum number of each paper is 10. The recommended page number of each paper is 5-6. If your paper has more than 6 pages, an extra page fee will be applied; please refer to the “Registration” page for this extra page fee and you need to add this extra page fee to your registration fee when you register the conference.

2. Submit the draft full paper(s) by the “Draft Full Paper Submission Deadline” (See “Important Dates” under the “Home” page) via the following web link:

Final Manuscript and IET Copyright Form:

The Contact/Corresponding Author of your paper will be receiving an email notification regarding whether your paper is accepted for presentation or not by the “Deadline for Notification of Paper Acceptance” (See “Important Dates” under the “Home” page). If your paper is accepted, then you can follow the instructions given in that notification email to prepare and submit your final manuscript and your IET copyright form.
