The authors should prepare their submissions according to the following instructions:

1. To prepare the draft full paper(s), please use the paper template (MS Word version) that can be downloaded from “Downloads” page on your left-hand side menu of the screen. The minimum page number of each paper is 4 and the maximum number of each paper is 10. The recommended page number of each paper is 5-6. If your paper has more than 6 pages, an extra page fee will be applied; please refer to the “Registration” page for this extra page fee and you need to add this extra page fee to your registration fee when you register the conference.

2. Submit the draft full paper(s) by the Draft Full Paper Submission Deadline (Please check the important dates on the “Home” page). Your draft full paper can be submitted to the conference using the following web link:
